Abstract
A deposition mask includes a mask frame in which a cell opening is defined, and a membrane disposed on the mask frame and partitioned into a mask cell area disposed on the cell opening and a grid area disposed on the mask frame not to overlap the cell opening, where a plurality of mask cell areas is defined in the membrane, and the mask cell areas are disposed in a matrix form having a plurality of rows in a first direction and a plurality of columns in a second direction intersecting the first direction.

A deposition mask comprising:
- a mask frame in which a cell opening is defined;
- and
- a membrane disposed on the mask frame and partitioned into a mask cell area disposed on the cell opening and a grid area disposed on the mask frame not to overlap the cell opening,
- wherein a plurality of mask cell areas is defined in the membrane, and the mask cell areas are disposed in a matrix form having a plurality of rows in a first direction and a plurality of columns in a second direction intersecting the first direction.

An electronic device comprising:
- a display device manufactured by using a deposition mask;
- the deposition mask comprising:
- a mask frame in which a cell opening is defined;
- and
- a membrane disposed on the mask frame and partitioned into a mask cell area disposed on the cell opening and a grid area disposed on the mask frame not to overlap the cell opening,
- wherein a plurality of mask cell areas is provided in the membrane, and the mask cell areas are disposed in a matrix form having a plurality of rows in a first direction and a plurality of columns in a second direction intersecting the first direction.
