Abstract
A motor drive unit includes a housing in which a heat sink and at least one electronic component to be cooled by the heat sink are disposed. An end of the heat sink which is opposite to the electronic component is inclined relative to a horizontal plane so as to prevent a cutting fluid dropping from the heat sink from falling onto another electronic component located below the heat sink.

A motor drive unit comprising a housing in which a heat sink and at least one electronic component to be cooled by the heat sink are disposed,
- wherein an end of the heat sink which is opposite to the electronic component is inclined relative to a horizontal plane so as to prevent a cutting fluid dropping from the heat sink from falling onto another electronic component located below the heat sink.
