A photosensitive resist composition comprising (A) a diacrylate monomer of general formula (I)

• R1′, R1″, R2′, R2″, R3′ and R3″ are independently of each other H, C1-C18alkyl which can be substituted by E and/or interrupted by D, C6-C30aryl which can be substituted by E, C2-C30heteroaryl which can be substituted by E, —SR5;
• —NR5R6;
• R4′ is C1-C18alkyl which can be substituted by E and/or interrupted by D;
• D is —CO—, —COO—, —S—, —SO—, —SO2—, —O—, —NR5—, or —POR5—;
• E is —OR5, —SR5, —NR5R6, —COR8, —COOR7, —CONR5R6, —CN, —OCOOR7, or halogen;
• R5 and R6 are independently of each other H;
• C6-C18aryl;
• C6-C18aryl which is substituted by C1-C18alkoxy;
• C1-C18alkyl;
• or C1-C18alkyl which is interrupted by —O—;
• or R5 and R6 together form a five or six membered ring,
• R7 is H;
• C6-C18aryl;
• C6-C18aryl which is substituted by C1-C18alkyl, C1-C18alkoxy;
• C1-C18alkyl;
• C1-C18alkyl which is interrupted by —O—;
• Y′ and Y″ are independently of each other —OH or halogen;
• and
• X′ and X″ are independently of each other O or S.
