Method for transmitting and receiving uplink signal, user equipment, and base station

A base station for receiving uplink signals from a user equipment, the base station comprising:

• a radio frequency (RF) unit, and
• a processor configured to:
• control the RF unit to transmit scheduling cell information indicating which cell is a scheduling cell for a cell which is one of a plurality of serving cells for the user equipment,
• control the RF unit to transmit a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying an uplink grant for the cell through the scheduling cell among the plurality of serving cells based on the scheduling cell information, and
• control the RF unit to receive a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) carrying uplink data through the cell according to the uplink grant,
• wherein the user equipment is configured with at least a primary cell (PCell) group and a secondary cell (SCell) group,
• wherein the PCell group is configured with a PCell and zero or more SCells among the plurality of serving cells, and the SCell group is configured with one or more SCells not belonging to the PCell group among the plurality of serving cells,
• wherein the cell belongs to the PCell group or the SCell group, and
• wherein the scheduling cell information indicates part of the same PCell or SCell group to which the cell belongs, as the scheduling cell for the cell.

A method for transmitting, by a user equipment, uplink signals, the method comprising:

• receiving, by the user equipment, scheduling cell information indicating which cell is a scheduling cell for a cell which is one of a plurality of serving cells for the user equipment;
• receiving, by the user equipment, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying an uplink grant for the cell through the scheduling cell among the plurality of serving cells based on the scheduling cell information;
• and
• transmitting, by the user equipment, a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) carrying uplink data through the cell according to the uplink grant,
• wherein the user equipment is configured with at least a primary cell (PCell) group and a secondary cell (SCell) group,
• wherein the PCell group is configured with a PCell and zero or more SCells among the plurality of serving cells, and the SCell group is configured with one or more SCells not belonging to the PCell group among the plurality of serving cells,
• wherein the cell belongs to the PCell group or the SCell group, and
• wherein the scheduling cell information indicates part of the same PCell or SCell group to which the cell belongs, as the scheduling cell for the cell.

A user equipment for transmitting uplink signals, the user equipment comprising:

• a radio frequency (RF) unit, and
• a processor configured to:
• control the RF unit to receive scheduling cell information indicating which cell is a scheduling cell for a cell which is one of a plurality of serving cells for the user equipment,
• control the RF unit to receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying an uplink grant for the cell through the scheduling cell among the plurality of serving cells based on the scheduling cell information, and
• control the RF unit to receive a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) carrying uplink data through the cell according to the uplink grant,
• wherein the user equipment is configured with at least a primary cell (PCell) group and a secondary cell (SCell) group,
• wherein the PCell group is configured with a PCell and zero or more SCells among the plurality of serving cells, and the SCell group is configured with one or more SCells not belonging to the PCell group among the plurality of serving cells,
• wherein the cell belongs to the PCell group or the SCell group, and
• wherein the scheduling cell information indicates part of the same PCell or SCell group to which the cell belongs, as the scheduling cell for the cell.
