Liquid ejecting head and liquid ejecting apparatus

A liquid ejecting head comprising:

• a nozzle plate defining a plurality of nozzles;
• a pressure chamber forming substrate in which a plurality of pressure chambers are formed;
• a plurality of pressure generators corresponding to the plurality of pressure chambers respectively;
• a communication member that is a single plate, and has a plurality of nozzle communication paths that allows communication between one of the pressure chambers and a corresponding one of the nozzles;
• a common liquid chamber which has a part arranged within the communication member;
• a plurality of individual communication paths which allows communication between the part of the common liquid chamber and the one of the pressure chambers;
• a case member that defines a portion of the common liquid chamber;
• and
• wherein one of the individual communication paths has an end arranged at a position on an opposite side to the pressure generator of the one of the pressure chambers.
