Abstract
The present invention relates to a urinary catheter and collection bag that can be provided without additional packaging.
Claims35
A urinary catheter set, comprising:
- a collection bag;
- and
- a urinary catheter positioned inside of the collection bag, wherein:
- the collection bag is configured as a package for the urinary catheter set,
- the collection bag is the only package for the urinary catheter set,
- the collection bag has a length from an opening in one end of the collection bag to an opposite end of the collection bag, and
- the urinary catheter spans a majority of the length of the collection bag.

A case of urinary catheter sets, comprising:
- a plurality of urinary catheter sets, each urinary catheter set comprising:
- a collection bag and a urinary catheter;
- the urinary catheter positioned inside of the collection bag, wherein:
- the collection bag is configured as a package for the urinary catheter set,
- the urinary catheter set comprises no additional packaging,
- the collection bag has a length from an opening in one end of the collection bag to an opposite end of the collection bag, and
- the urinary catheter spans a majority of the length of the collection bag;
- and
- a container containing the plurality of urinary catheter sets.
