Organic light emitting diode display

An organic light emitting diode display, comprising:

• a display panel;
• a first retarder on the display panel;
• a second retarder on the first retarder;
• and
• a polarizer on the second retarder,
• wherein a first optical axis of the first retarder is inclined by 2θ+45° relative to an absorption axis of the polarizer, and a second optical axis of the second retarder is inclined by θ relative to the absorption axis of the polarizer;
• and
• wherein a thickness of the first retarder is two times as large as that of the second retarder.

An organic light emitting diode display, comprising:

• a display panel;
• a first retarder on the display panel;
• a second retarder on the first retarder;
• and
• a polarizer on the second retarder,
• wherein a first optical axis of the first retarder is inclined by 2θ+45° relative to an absorption axis of the polarizer, and a second optical axis of the second retarder is inclined by θ relative to the absorption axis of the polarizer;
• and
• wherein the first retarder and the second retarder are each a film patterned retarder (FPR) which comprises a plurality of left retarder patterns and a plurality of right retarder patterns.

An organic light emitting diode display, comprising:

• a display panel;
• a first retarder on the display panel;
• a second retarder on the first retarder;
• and
• a polarizer on the second retarder,
• wherein a first optical axis of the first retarder is inclined by 2θ+45° relative to an absorption axis of the polarizer, and a second optical axis of the second retarder is inclined by θ relative to the absorption axis of the polarizer;
• wherein the first retarder comprises a first reactive liquid crystal and the second retarder comprises a second reactive liquid crystal;
• and
• wherein the display panel is flexible, bendable, rollable, foldable, and/or stretchable.
