Laminated substrate separating device and method for separating laminated substrate

A method for separating laminated substrate, adapted to separate a first substrate and a second substrate of a laminated substrate, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are misaligned at at least one edge of the laminated substrate, the method for separating the laminated substrate comprising:

• disposing the laminated substrate on a base, wherein the laminated substrate exposes the misaligned edge;
• pressing the misaligned edge by a separating tool, wherein the separating tool has a bottom surface, a pushing surface, a sharp edge connected between the bottom surface and the pushing surface, and a plurality of third holes located on the pushing surface, so as to separate the first substrate and the second substrate;
• pressing the first substrate at the misaligned edge by the bottom surface, so as to form a gap between the first substrate and the second substrate;
• inserting the sharp edge into the gap;
• pushing the second substrate toward a roller by the pushing surface;
• and
• providing a pressure fluid to the pushing surface through the third holes, such that the separated portion of the second substrate is pushed by the pressure fluid to move to the roller.
