Abstract
The present invention relates to a composition for the use in improving vascular health, including treating and preventing vascular diseases and diseases related thereto, using a botanical extract of oil palm vegetation liquor from the palm oil milling process.
Claims8
A composition for treating ventricular tachycardia (VT) comprising an effective amount of a freeze dried concentrate of an oil palm phenolics (OPP) extract,
- wherein the OPP extract is a water soluble extract obtained from a vegetation liquor of a palm oil milling process,
- wherein said freeze dried concentrate of the OPP extract has a strength of 30000 ppm GAE, and
- wherein said composition is in a form selected from the group consisting of a capsule, a sachet, a lozenge, and a tablet.
