Abstract
This invention concerns a dosage form comprising a therapeutically neuroprotective amount of A2-73 and a neuroprotective amount of at least one cooperating acetylcholinesterase inhibitor selected from the group consisting of donepezil, galantamine, rivastigmine, or memantine and method of use.
Claims2
A dosage form comprising a therapeutically neuroprotective amount of A2-73 of about 0.1 mg/kg and a neuroprotective amount of the cooperating acetylcholinesterase inhibitor donepezil of about 0.25 mg/kg.
The dosage form of a therapeutically neuroprotective amount of A2-73 and a neuroprotective amount of the cooperating acetylcholinesterase inhibitor donepezil wherein said therapeutically neuroprotective amounts of A2-73:
- donepezil are present at a ratio of about 2:5 by weight.
