A pharmaceutical composition suitable for administration to a patient by injection or infusion comprising (S)-ethyl 8-(2-amino-6-((R)-1-(5-chloro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-2-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-3-carboxylate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
A pharmaceutical composition suitable for topical administration to a patient comprising (S)-ethyl 8-(2-amino-6-((R)-1-(5-chloro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-2-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-3-carboxylate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
A pharmaceutical composition suitable for oral administration to a patient comprising (S)-ethyl 8-(2-amino-6-((R)-1-(5-chloro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-2-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-3-carboxylate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
A method of treating pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in a patient, comprising administering to said patient a therapeutically effective amount of (S)-ethyl 8-(2-amino-6-((R)-1-(5-chloro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-2-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-3-carboxylate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
