Mobile telephone for internet applications

A mobile telephone comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory including computer program code for one or more programs,
• the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the mobile telephone to perform at least the following,
• execute a web server in the mobile telephone for internet applications;
• and
• execute a web browser in the mobile telephone that is configured to utilize first information,
• wherein the web server in the mobile telephone is configured to facilitate a providing of the first information,
• wherein the first information comprises information based on data obtained by the mobile telephone via an air interface for cellular communications from a service provider external to the mobile telephone;
• wherein the mobile telephone is further configured to transmit via the air interface second information in response to receipt by the mobile telephone of a request from an external client via the air interface for the second information, wherein the web server is configured to facilitate providing the second information;
• and
• wherein the mobile telephone further comprises a GPS system, the GPS system comprising a GPS receiver and an antenna for receiving GPS satellite signals.
