Systems and methods for visual presentation and selection of IVR menu

A system for enhancing interaction with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) destination, the system comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising:
• an IVR database comprising a list of a plurality of visual IVR menus corresponding to a plurality of telephone numbers associated with one or more destinations, wherein the one or more IVR destinations comprises a plurality of audio IVR menus, wherein at least one telephone number in said database is associated with at least two visual IVR menus, each for a different time period of calling.

A system for enhancing interaction with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) destination, the system comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising:
• an IVR database comprising a list of a plurality of visual IVR menus corresponding to a plurality of telephone numbers associated with one or more destinations, wherein the one or more IVR destinations comprises a plurality of audio IVR menus, wherein at least one telephone number in said database is associated with a location address.
