Abstract
A cathode material for a solid oxide fuel cell comprises a complex oxide having a perovskite structure expressed by the general formula ABO3, a content amount of P included in the complex oxide being at least 1 ppm and no more than 50 ppm, a content amount of Cr in the complex oxide being at least 1 ppm and no more than 500 ppm, and a content amount of B in the complex oxide being at least 1 ppm and no more than 50 ppm in a weight ratio relative to a total weight of the complex oxide.
Claims16
A cathode material for a solid oxide fuel cell, comprising:
- a complex oxide having a perovskite structure expressed by the general formula ABO3, where A is at least one of lanthanum and strontium, and where B is at least one of cobalt, iron and nickel, a content amount of phosphorus included in the complex oxide being at least 10 ppm and no more than 50 ppm, a content amount of chromium in the complex oxide being at least 50 ppm and no more than 500 ppm, and a content amount of boron in the complex oxide being at least 5 ppm and no more than 50 ppm in a weight ratio relative to a total weight of the complex oxide, the cathode material having a uniform composition distribution throughout the cathode material including an outer surface and an inner body of the cathode material.
