Display device

A display device comprising:

• a substrate including i) a display area configured to display an image via a plurality of pixels and ii) a non-display area adjacent to the display area;
• a first line and a second line formed in the display area, and wherein each of the first and second lines is configured to transfer an electrical signal to the pixels;
• a first connection line and a second connection line formed in the non-display area, wherein the first and second connection lines are respectively connected to the first and second lines and extend in different directions to cross each other;
• and
• an insulating layer formed over the substrate and including a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion corresponds to the display area and the second portion corresponds to a crossing area where the first and second connection lines cross each other, and wherein the thickness of the first portion is different from the thickness of the second portion.
