Apparatuses and methods for providing strobe signals to memories

An apparatus comprising:

• a first circuit producing first and second timing strobe signals;
• a second circuit receiving first and second return strobe signals, the first return strobe signal being produced in response, at least in part, to the first timing strobe signal, and the second return strobe signal being produced in response, at least in part, to the second timing strobe signal;
• and
• a third circuit receiving first and second data signals, the first data signal being accompanied by the first return strobe signal, and the second data signal being accompanied by the second return strobe signal.

A method comprising:

• providing a first timing strobe signal;
• providing a first data signal accompanied by a first return strobe signal, the first return strobe signal being produced in response, at least in part, to the first timing strobe signal;
• capturing the first data signal in response, at least in part, to the first return strobe signal;
• providing a second timing strobe signal;
• providing a second data signal accompanied by a second return strobe signal, the second return strobe signal being produced in response, at least in part, to the second timing strobe signal;
• and
• capturing the second data signal in response, at least in part, to the second return strobe signal.
