A composition, consisting of:
- a) 0.5-40 weight % vegetable extract;
- b) 30-90 weight % sugar;
- and
- c) 0.5-30 weight % phospholipid including 40-80 weight % of phosphatidylcholine, wherein the composition is in a dry form as a powder or as granules.
