A coating liquid comprising:
- an oxazoline group-containing resin;
- an alkanediol having 7 or more carbon atoms;
- a surfactant;
- and
- water,
- wherein the weight average molecular weight of the oxazoline group-containing resin is from 20000 to 120000.
