Abstract
Compositions for coating food or beverage containers comprising a resinous binder and 10 to 30 percent by weight of a polysilicone resin.
Claims7
A coated article comprising:
- (a) a food or beverage container comprising a metal can, and
- (b) a coating deposited on the interior portion of the food or beverage container from a composition comprising:
- (i) a resinous binder comprising:
- (A) a polymer containing reactive functional groups, and
- (B) a curing agent that has groups that are reactive with the functional groups of the polymer, and
- (ii) a polysilicone resin.
