Abstract
A novel maize variety designated PH1V93 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof. Methods for producing a maize plant that comprise crossing maize variety PH1V93 with another maize plant. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into PH1V93 through backcross conversion and/or transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby. Hybrid maize seed, plant or plant part produced by crossing the variety PH1V93 or a locus conversion of PH1V93 with another maize variety.
Claims19
A seed, plant, plant part, or plant cell of inbred maize variety PH1V93, representative seed of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-121889.
A converted seed, plant, plant part, or plant cell of inbred maize variety PH1V93, representative seed of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number PTA-121889, wherein said seed, plant, plant part, or plant cell of said inbred maize variety PH1V93 further comprises a locus conversion, and wherein said converted plant, or a plant grown from said converted seed, or said converted plant part or plant cell otherwise comprises all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of inbred maize variety PH1V93 listed in Table 1 when grown in the same environmental conditions.
A method of collecting data comprising a) isolating nucleic acids from the seed, plant, plant part, or plant cell of 10;
- and b) recording data based on said nucleic acids.
