A disc-like assay chip, comprising an internal space, wherein

• the internal space comprises:
• a first groove, used for accommodating a first liquid;
• a second groove, used for accommodating a second liquid;
• a third groove, used for accommodating a third liquid;
• a fourth groove, disposed at a side closer to a peripheral portion of the assay chip than the first groove, the second groove and the third groove;
• a fifth groove, disposed at a side closer to the peripheral portion of the assay chip than the fourth groove;
• a first flow path connected to the first groove and the fourth groove;
• a second flow path connected to the second groove and the fourth groove;
• a third flow path connected to the third groove and the fourth groove;
• a fourth flow path connected to the fourth groove and the fifth groove;
• and
• wherein a cross-sectional area of the first flow path and the cross-sectional area of the second flow path are greater than that of the fourth flow path, and the cross-sectional area of the fourth flow path is greater than that of the third flow path, and wherein the first groove and the second groove are merged into the fourth groove, and the third groove and the fourth groove are merged into the fifth groove.
