Abstract
The present invention relates to methods, pharmaceutical compositions and kits for use in the treatment of Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma. More particularly, the present invention relates to a combination of an interferon, an arsenic compound and a reverse transcriptase inhibitor for the treatment of Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma.
Claims6
A method for treating Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma in a patient in need thereof, comprising
- administering to said subject a dose from 1 to 20 million international units (MIU) per day of an interferon-alpha, a dose from 1 to 50 mg per day of arsenic trioxide and a dose from 1 to 1500 mg per kg of body weight per day of zidovudine.
