Abstract
The invention relates to cosmetic preparations for treating the hair containing exclusively ingredients which are stable up to at least 200 DEG C against thermal decomposition and the use of such preparations for shaping the hair and a method for temporary hair-shaping.
Claims5
A method for styling hair, comprising the steps of:
- a. providing a composition consisting of
- vinyl pyrrolidone/vinyl acetate copolymer;
- a solvent chosen from water, ethanol, or a combination thereof;
- a silk protein hydrolyzate;
- ortho-phosphoric acid;
- cetrimonium chloride;
- at least one ingredient chosen from i) a mixture of starch hydrolyzate and pearl powder or ii) cationized wheat protein hydrolyzates, and
- b. applying the composition to hair;
- and
- c. thermally treating the composition-treated hair.
