Saddle-riding type vehicle including multi-part shroud

A saddle-riding type vehicle comprising:

• a vehicle component disposed on a first side of the vehicle in a vehicle width direction, wherein:
• the vehicle component is covered by a shroud comprising an inner shroud and an outer shroud,
• the inner shroud covering the vehicle component from forward and above, the inner shroud having an opening formed therein at a portion thereof where the vehicle component faces upwardly, and
• the outer shroud is provided for covering the vehicle component from outside in the vehicle width direction, and the outer shroud overlaps the opening, and covers the opening from above, and
• wherein the outer shroud includes a front shroud portion having an upper end disposed in a side view, above the opening, and a lower end disposed below the opening, the front shroud portion having a sideways chevron shape, and a rear shroud portion formed continuously with, and extending rearward from a rear part of the front shroud portion, and the opening is covered by an upper part of the front shroud portion including the upper end.
