Abstract
A separator for batteries according to the present invention includes a multilayer porous film having a resin porous film containing a thermoplastic resin as a main component and a heat resistant porous layer containing heat resistant particles as a main component, and the heat resistant porous layer has a thickness of 1 to 15 μm, and the 180° peel strength between the resin porous film and the heat resistant porous layer is 0.6 N/cm or more.
Claims6
A separator for batteries, comprising a multilayer porous film including a resin porous film containing a thermoplastic resin as a main component and a heat resistant porous layer containing heat resistant particles as a main component,
- wherein the heat resistant porous layer has a thickness of 1 to 15 μm,
- the heat resistant porous layer contains:
- 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of an N-vinylacetamide polymer or a water-soluble cellulose derivative per 100 parts by mass of the heat resistant particles;
- and
- 1 part by mass or more and 30 parts by mass or less of an acrylic resin forming a crosslinked structure per 100 parts by mass of the heat resistant particles, and
- the water-soluble cellulose derivative is carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, or hydroxypropyl cellulose.
