Infused roasted seeds and methods of making thereof

A process for preparing roasted flavor infused seeds, the process comprising:

• preparing an aqueous flavor infusion solution by blending an amount of more than one flavor infusion ingredients in water;
• applying the aqueous flavor infusion solution to raw seeds at a continuous application rate so that both the water and the more than one flavor infusion ingredients infuse internally into the raw seeds without immersing the raw seeds in a pool of the aqueous flavor infusion solution and forming flavored infused raw seeds with the aqueous flavor infusion solution absorbed in the raw seeds;
• and
• roasting the flavor infused raw seeds and producing roasted flavor infused seeds having an amount of the more than one flavor infusion ingredients infused therein.
