Wifi hotspot arrangement

An electronic communication control system for interacting with and enabling the billing for the use of any of a wide variety of different manufacturers ground position indicative personal communication devices within a zone of a vehicle, wherein the wide variety of personal communication devices each have a radiative antenna, the system comprising:

• at least one first antenna arranged within the zone, the first antenna arranged to transmit RF signals to and receive RF signals from the radiative antenna of any of a wide-variety-of-different-manufacturers-ground-position-indicative personal communication device utilized within the zone;
• a wide-variety-of-different-manufacturers-ground-position-indicative-personal-communication-devices responsive control computer arranged in signal monitoring and control communication with the at least one first antenna arranged within the zone, the wide-variety-of-different-manufacturers-ground-position-indicative-personal-communication-devices responsive control computer arranged to monitor, control and enable billing for communicative use of any of the wide variety of different manufacturers ground position indicative personal communication devices utilized within the zone;
• and
• a signal transmission line arranged in signal communication with the wide-variety-of-different-manufacturers-personal-communication-devices control computer, which transmission line is arranged to enable and transmit signal communication through the wide-variety-of-different-manufacturers-personal-communication-devices control computer to and from any of the any of a wide variety of personal communication devices utilized within the zone and with a communications network outside of the zone.
