Notifying a wireless communication system about previously registered wireless communication systems

A communication system comprising:

• a wireless communication device configured to wirelessly register with a first wireless communication network to receive first registration data from a first authorization system for the first wireless communication network, store the first registration data, wirelessly communicate over the first wireless communication network, and terminate the wireless communications with the first wireless communication network;
• the wireless communication device further configured, after terminating the wireless communications with the first wireless communication network, to wirelessly register with a second wireless communication network to receive second registration data from a second authorization system for the second wireless communication network, store the second registration data, and wirelessly transfer the first registration data to the second wireless communication network;
• the second wireless communication network configured to wirelessly register the wireless communication device, and transfer the second registration data, wirelessly receive the first registration data, process the first registration data and the second registration data to query the first wireless communication network for the user information, receive the user information from the first wireless communication network, and wirelessly transfer the user information to the wireless communication device.
