Abstract
The present disclosure provides antibodies that bind to interleukin-3 receptor alpha chain and uses thereof.

An isolated or recombinant antibody, which is capable of specifically binding to interleukin (IL)-3Rα chain, wherein the antibody comprises:
- (i) a light chain variable region (VL) comprising CDRs 1, 2 and 3 as set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 2, 3 and 4, respectively;
- (ii) a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising CDRs 1, 2 and 3 as set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 5, 6 and 7, respectively;
- and
- (iii) a heavy chain constant region comprising amino acid substitutions S239D and 1332E according to the EU numbering system of Kabat.
