Apparatus and method for transceiving signals using frame structure in wireless communication system

An apparatus for transceiving signals in a wireless communication system, the apparatus comprising:

• a Radio Frequency (RF) unit;
• and
• a processor,
• wherein the processor is configured to cause:
• the RF unit to transceive a signal through a frame,
• wherein the frame consists of 5 subframes, the 5 subframes comprise at least one type-1 subframes and at least one type-2 subframe, each of the at least one type-1 subframe consists of 6 Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex Access (OFDMA) symbols and each of the at least one 7 OFDMA symbols,
• wherein a Cyclic Prefix (CP) length of the frame corresponds to ⅛ of an effective symbol length,
• wherein a first subframe is located at a beginning of the frame and a second subframe is located next to the first subframe, and
• wherein the first subframe of the frame is a type-1 subframe and the second subframe of the frame is a type-2 subframe.
