Glutadon

A combination product for cancer treatment, which combination product comprises the active ingredients

• a) glutaminase and
• b) 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON),
• where active ingredient a) is present in a dosage of from 40 I.U./m2 to 300 I.U./m2 based on a recipient;
• and
• where active ingredient b) is present in a dosage of from 105 to 185 mg/m2 based on a recipient, where in the glutaminase is a glutaminase asparaginase from Pseudomonas 7A.
