• wherein:
• R1 is selected from C1-3alkyl or halogen;
• R2 is selected from C1-3alkyl, C1-3haloalkyl or C3-6cycloalkyl;
• R3 and R4 at each occurrence are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-3alkyl, C1-3hydroxyalkyl, C3-6-carbocyclyl, heterocyclyl or heteroaryl, or R3 and R4 in combination with the nitrogen to which they are attached form a cyclic moiety selected from morpholino, pyrrolidinyl or piperazinyl
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or an optical isomer thereof.
