Abstract
The present invention provides compounds of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The Formula (I) compounds inhibit the tyrosine kinase activity of growth factor receptors such as VEGFR-2, FGFR-1 and IGFR-1, thereby making them useful as anti-cancer agents. The formula (I) compounds are also useful for the treatment of other diseases associated with signal transduction pathways operating through growth factor receptors.

A compound of formula (I):
- wherein
- X and Y are independently —CH2—, —NH—, —S— or —O—, or one of X and Y is absent;
- R1, R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, heterocycloalkyl, substituted heterocycloalkyl, aryloxy or substituted aryloxy;
- R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl or substituted heterocyclyl, or
- R4 and R5 are taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted heterocyclyl ring;
- R6 is independently one or more hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, cyano or halogen,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof.
