Abstract
A photosensitive material for forming a conductive film including a silver salt-containing emulsion layer, and a conductive layer containing conductive fibers, wherein the amount of the conductive fibers in the conductive layer is 0.005 g/m2 to 0.2 g/m2.
Claims15
A photosensitive material for forming a conductive film comprising:
- a silver salt-containing emulsion layer;
- and
- a conductive layer containing conductive fibers,
- wherein the amount of the conductive fibers in the conductive layer is 0.005 g/m2 to 0.2 g/m2.
1 more element
A conductive material, comprising:
- a patterned photosensitive material for forming a conductive film, obtained by exposing a photosensitive material patternwise and developing the exposed photosensitive material,
- wherein the photosensitive material for forming a conductive film comprises a silver salt-containing emulsion layer, and a conductive layer containing conductive fibers, and
- wherein the amount of the conductive fibers in the conductive layer is 0.005 g/m2 to 0.2 g/m2.
