- alkenyl;
- alkynyl;
- CN;
- or
- SR5;
- R2=alkyl or CH(O);
- R5=hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, or heterocyclyl;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the alkyl and alkenyl groups may be branched or straight.
