Claims11
A method of enhancing an immune response to an antigen in a mammal, comprising co-administering lymphocyte conditioned medium comprised of products generated from pooled samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells activated with anti-CD3- and anti-CD28-coated beads and an antigen, wherein said co-administration facilitates and enhances dendritic cell maturation and antigen-presenting cell function which results in enhanced immunologic responses to the co-administered antigen in the mammal.
A method of enhancing an immune response to an antigen in a mammal, comprising administering to the mammal a vaccine comprising an antigen and lymphocyte conditioned medium comprised of products generated from pooled samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells activated with anti-CD3- and anti-CD28-coated beads, wherein the administration of the vaccine facilitates and enhances dendritic cell maturation and antigen-presenting cell function which results in enhanced immunologic responses to the antigen in the mammal.
