Abstract
Disclosed herein are biomarkers and uses thereof for evaluating anti-cancer efficacy and sensitivity.
Claims2
A method of predicting or monitoring the efficacy an anti-cancer agent in a subject with cancer comprising:
- (a) administering the agent to the subject with cancer, wherein the agent is TRA-8 or an antibody having the same epitope specificity as TRA-8;
- (b) acquiring a biological sample from the subject;
- and
- (c) detecting levels of PGK1, an increase in levels compared to baseline levels indicating efficacy.
