Communication system, communication method and program

A communication method for providing communication with a communication terminal located on a communication medium comprising a person, the method comprising:

• detecting reception levels of a signal transmitted from the communication terminal and received by a plurality of communication means via the communication medium, wherein each one of the plurality of communication means includes a plurality of sensors and the plurality of communication means are disposed in contact with or in proximity to the communication medium;
• associating the communication terminal with one of the plurality of communication means by comparing reception levels of the signal transmitted from the communication terminal and received by each of the plurality of communication means;
• uniquely identifying the communication medium based on the received signal;
• and
• specifying the association with the identified communication medium based on the associating and the identifying.

A computer-readable recording medium storing a computer-executable program which, when executed by a processor, performs a method for providing communication with a communication terminal located on a communication medium comprising a person, the method comprising:

• detecting reception levels of a signal transmitted from the communication terminal and received by a plurality of communication means via the communication medium, wherein each one of the plurality of communication means includes a plurality of sensors and the plurality of communication means are disposed in contact with or in proximity to the communication medium;
• associating the communication terminal with one of the plurality of communication means by comparing reception levels of the signal transmitted from the communication terminal and received by each of the plurality of communication means;
• uniquely identifying the communication medium based on the received signal;
• and
• specifying the association with the identified communication medium based on the associating and the identifying.
