Abstract
Cytokines and their receptors have proven usefulness in both basic research and as therapeutics. The present invention provides a new human cytokine receptor designated as “Zcytor14.”
Claims9
An isolated polynucleotide that encodes a Zcytor14 polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 21 to 452 of SEQ ID NO:2.
An isolated polynucleotide consisting of a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of:
- (a) SEQ ID NO:1, and (b) SEQ ID NO:3.
An isolated polynucleotide that encodes a fusion protein, said fusion protein comprising:
- amino acid residues 21 to 452 of SEQ ID NO:2;
- and
- an immunoglobulin heavy chain constant region.
An isolated polynucleotide that encodes a polypeptide comprising at least 100 contiguous amino acid residues of the polypeptide consisting of amino acid residues 21 to 452 of SEQ ID NO:2.
