Abstract
This invention features an antibody specifically binding to human IL-20 (e.g., mAb 7E and a equivalent thereof) and its use in treating an IL-20 associated inflammatory disease, such as atherosclerosis, RA, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, bacteria-induced gastric ulcer, and acute renal failure.
Claims8
A method of treating an IL-20 associated inflammatory disease, the method comprising:
- identifying a patient suffering from an IL-20 associated inflammatory disease, and administering to the patient an antibody, wherein the antibody contains a VH region including all of the complementarity-determining regions in the VH region of mAb 7E and a VL region including all of the complementarity-determining regions in the VL region of mAb 7E.
