An isolated human antibody or antibody fragment thereof which binds to human interleukin-4 receptor alpha (hIL-4Rα) with high affinity (KD), capable of blocking hIL-4 and hIL-13 activity.

An isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, which specifically binds human interleukin-4 receptor (hIL-4R) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 274, comprising a heavy chain variable region comprising three heavy-chain CDRs, and a light chain variable region comprising three light-chain CDRs, wherein said three heavy-chain CDRs comprise the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 from SEQ ID NO:162, and said three light-chain CDRs comprise the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 from SEQ ID NO:164.
An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, which specifically binds human interleukin-4 receptor (hIL-4R) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 274, comprising a heavy chain variable region comprising SEQ ID NO:162 and a light variable region comprising SEQ ID NO:164.
