An isolated polynucleotide that encodes a polypeptide, wherein the encoded polypeptide comprises SEQ ID NO:14.
An expression vector comprising the following operably linked elements:
- (a) a transcription promoter;
- (b) a DNA segment that encodes a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14;
- and
- (c) a transcription terminator.
