Dislike recording media, a method for detecting forged disks, an anti-forgery system for performing a true-false judgment based on information collected from the recording media, and a manufacturing apparatus for recording information in the disks

A playback and communication system, comprising:

• a playback device for reading information stored in a predetermined region of an information recording medium by using an optical pickup device;
• and
• a communication device for establishing a communication line between said playback device and an external device to transmit the information read out by said playback device to said external device via said communication line,
• wherein the communication device is adapted to receive an answer signal transmitted from the external device, and to transmit the answer signal to the playback device;
• and
• wherein the playback device is adapted to read out information from a region other than the predetermined region of the information recording medium, based on the answer signal.
