Abstract
A stable, plasticized composition of PVC polymer including a C4-C30 linear, branched or cyclo-alkyl pyrrolidone present in an amount of 5-400 phr sufficient to plasticize said PVC into a flexible state.

A stable, plasticized composition of PVC polymer including a C4-C30 linear, branched or cyclo-alkyl pyrrolidone present in an amount of 5-400 phr sufficient to plasticize said PVC into a flexible state.
A PVC product comprising a stable, plasticized composition of a PVC polymer including a C4-C30 linear, branched or cyclo-alkyl pyrrolidone present in an amount of 5-400 phr sufficient to plasticize said PVC into a flexible state wherein said PVC product has a Shore A hardness value of less than 100.
