A compound of Formula IV:
- and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, chelates, non-covalent complexes, and mixtures thereof, wherein
- Ar is selected from aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl;
- Q is selected from cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl;
- R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, substituted heterocycloalkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl;
- or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen to which R1 and R2 are attached form a ring chosen from cycloheteroalkyl, substituted cycloheteroalkyl, heteroaryl, and substituted heteroaryl;
- p is selected from 2, 3, 4, and 5;
- and
- q is 0 or 1.
