- 3′-(N,N-didemethyl)-3′-N-formylazithromycin of formula 2.
A process for preparing 3′-(N,N-didemethyl)-3′-N-formylazithromycin of formula 2 comprising formylation of 3′-aminoazithromycin of formula 6.
