A baculovirus wherein the baculovirus genome has been modified to comprise a first polynucleotide which encodes a prodrug activating polypeptide and a second polynucleotide that encodes a baculovirus capsid polypeptide fused to a gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:
