Abstract
A silver halide photographic photosensitive material, containing at least one residual-color-reducing agent having at least one aromatic ring or aromatic heterocycle in its molecule; a processing method thereof; and an image-forming method.
Claims3
A silver halide photographic photosensitive material adapted for imagewise exposure followed by development processing, said photosensitive material prior to processing with a processing solution comprising at least one compound represented by the following formula (I):
- A1-(X1)n1-B1-(X2)n2-A2 Mdmd Formula (I)
- wherein, in formula (I), A1 and A2 each are a naphthyl group having at least one carboxy group;
- B1 represents an atomic group having a π electron;
- X1 and X2 each represent a linking group;
- n1 and n2 each represent 0 or 1;
- Md represents a counter ion for balancing a charge;
- and md represents a number of 0 or more required for neutralizing a charge on the molecule.
A silver halide photographic photosensitive material adapted for imagewise exposure followed by development processing, said photosensitive material prior to processing with a processing solution comprising at least one compound represented by the following formula (IV):
- A1-X1-L-X2-A2 Formula (IV)
- wherein, in formula (IV), A1 and A2 each are a substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl group;
- L represents a divalent group derived from compounds having a π electron;
- and X1 and X2 each represent a divalent linking group.
A silver halide photographic photosensitive material adapted for imagewise exposure followed by development processing, said photosensitive material prior to processing with a processing solution comprising at least one compound represented by the following formula (I):
- A1-(X1)n1-B1-(X2)n2-A2 Mdmd Formula (I)
- wherein, in formula (I), A1 and A2 each are a substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl group;
- B1 represents an atomic group having a π electron;
- X1 and X2 each represent a linking group;
- n1 and n2 each represent 0 or 1;
- Md represents a counter ion for balancing a charge;
- and md represents a number of 0 or more required for neutralizing a charge on the molecule;
- and
- wherein the at least one silver halide emulsion incorporated in the silver halide photographic photosensitive material contains dye chromophores being multilayer-adsorbed on the surface of silver halide grains.
