Abstract
According to the invention, there is provided a novel soybean variety designated XB33Y05. This invention thus relates to the seeds of soybean variety XB33Y05, to the plants of soybean XB33Y05 to plant parts of soybean variety XB33Y05 and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing plants of the soybean variety XB33Y05 with another soybean plant, using XB33Y05 as either the male or the female parent.

- PTA-6717.
A soybean plant, or a part thereof, expressing all the physiological and morphological characteristics of soybean variety XB33Y05, representative seed of said soybean variety having been deposited under ATCC Accession No:
- PTA-6717.
A method for producing a XB33Y05 derived soybean plant, comprising:
- a. Crossing soybean variety XB33Y05, a sample of said soybean variety deposited under ATCC Accession No:
- PTA-6717, with a second soybean plant to yield progeny soybean seed;
- and
- b. Growing said progeny soybean seed to yield said XB33Y05-derived soybean plant.
