Abstract
The present invention provides a various methods, systems and devices for controlling light modulating elements and/or spatial light modulators. In some embodiments of the present invention, a recursive feedback method is used to control light modulating elements and/or spatial light modulators.
Claims16
A device comprising:
- electrode means comprising at least one electrode for controlling a light modulating element of an array of light modulating elements;
- and
- recursive feedback control means for controlling at least one pulse width using recursive feedback, said pulse width driving said electrode means.
